At sharixview, we're committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests for our valuation techniques programs.

Our Approach to Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. When you enroll in our programs, you're making an investment in your professional development. But life happens — job changes, unexpected commitments, or simply realizing a course isn't the right fit.

That's why we've built a refund policy that balances fairness with the reality of running educational programs. Once you start accessing materials, our team has already allocated resources, prepared personalized feedback systems, and set aside instructor time for your cohort.

Full Refund Period

Request a complete refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't accessed course materials or attended live sessions.

  • Must not have downloaded resources
  • Zero attendance required

Partial Refund Window

Between days 8-14 after enrollment, you can receive a 50% refund if you've engaged with less than 20% of content.

  • Maximum 2 modules accessed
  • Attended fewer than 2 sessions

After 14 Days

Beyond two weeks or if you've engaged significantly with materials, refunds typically aren't available. Exceptions exist for extenuating circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

Our team checks your account activity — what you've accessed, when you enrolled, and any interactions with instructors. We'll also consider any special circumstances you've mentioned.

You'll receive a detailed email explaining our decision. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and processing timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and discuss possible alternatives.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method. Credit cards usually reflect changes within 5-7 business days. Bank transfers can take up to 10 business days.

Common Scenarios

Technical Problems

If you're unable to access course materials because of issues on our platform — video players not working, download links broken, or login problems we can't resolve — you're entitled to a full refund regardless of timing.

What we need: Screenshots or detailed descriptions of the technical issues you experienced, plus confirmation that our support team couldn't fix them.

Course Not As Described

We work hard to accurately represent our programs. But if the content fundamentally differs from what was advertised — wrong skill level, missing modules, or different topics entirely — we'll issue a full refund within the first 14 days.

Important note: Subjective opinions about teaching style or difficulty level don't typically qualify, but significant content mismatches do.

Medical or Family Emergencies

Life throws curveballs. We evaluate emergency situations on a case-by-case basis, even outside our standard refund windows. You may be eligible for a partial refund or the option to defer to a future cohort.

Documentation: We may request basic verification — nothing invasive, just enough to understand your situation.

Duplicate Purchases

Accidentally enrolled twice? Hit the payment button multiple times? We'll refund duplicate charges immediately once we verify the error. This applies regardless of how much time has passed.

Processing time: Usually resolved within 48 hours of notification.

Credit/Debit Cards

Refunds return to your original card. Processing takes 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

Bank Transfers

Thai bank transfers process within 3-5 business days. International transfers may take 7-10 business days.

Digital Wallets

Refunds to digital payment platforms typically appear within 3-5 business days after approval.

We process all refunds in Thai Baht (THB). If you paid in a different currency, the refund amount reflects the exchange rate at the time of your original purchase.

Important Things to Know

  • Promotional pricing and discounts don't affect refund eligibility — you'll receive back what you actually paid.
  • Downloadable resources and certificates are revoked upon refund processing. You'll lose access to all course materials.
  • If you received a refund and want to re-enroll later, you'll pay the current program price, which may differ from what you originally paid.
  • Bundle purchases are assessed individually by component. You might qualify for a partial refund on some courses but not others.
  • Corporate or group enrollments have separate refund terms outlined in your organization's agreement with us.
  • Refund eligibility freezes if we detect policy violations — sharing login credentials, downloading materials for redistribution, or other misuse.
